The Villas

Resort Villas - Features two-bedrooms, one bath, dining and living room, furnished kitchen. Supplied with linens, towels, dinnerware, and basic kitchen appliances. 670 square feet. Accommodates up to 4 or 6 guests in select Resort Villas.

Deluxe Villas - Features two-bedrooms, one bath with Jacuzzi, dining and living room, furnished kitchen, washer and dryer and a fireplace. Supplied with linens, towels, dinnerware and basic kitchen appliances. 750 square feet. Accommodates up to 4 guests

Grand Villas - Features two bedrooms, two baths with one Jacuzzi, dining and living room, furnished kitchen, washer and dryer, cathedral ceilings, a fireplace, and a porch with patio furniture. Supplied with linens, towels, dinnerware and basic kitchen appliances. 900 square feet. Accommodates up to 6 guests in select Grand Villas.  Grand Villas that sleep 6 guests have a sleeper sofa, one queen bed or one king bed and two twins.

• Check In is at 3pm
• Check Out is at 11am
• Community picnic tables and grills are located around the Villas for Villa Guests only.
• Personal food and beverages may be brought into the Villas, Inn rooms and Vacation Homes.  There are no kitchens in the Inn rooms.  Personal food or beverages are not allowed to be brought inside the clubhouse or on the golf course.
• The Falls does not provide fishing gear. The Falls provides complimentary recreational equipment for tennis, which is limited.  Equipment is checked out on a first come first serve basis.
• Golf club rentals are available at the pro shop. Please call to make reservations before you come. $40 per rental.  Price is subject to change without notice.
