Golf Membership
This membership entitles you, your spouse and any dependents under age 21 living at designees address, or under age 24 attending college to unlimited green fees. Members may enjoy the many private recreational amenities for free: two resort swimming pools, four tennis courts, one-acre fishing pond, nature trails, and playground. Members receive discounts on their guest's greens fee, Pavilion rental, overnight lodging in our Villas meeting rooms, and cart fee .
Social Membership
The Social Membership entitles the designee, spouse and any dependents under age 21 living at designees address or under age 24 attending college to free access to many private recreational amenities: two resort swimming pools, four tennis courts, one-acre fishing pond, nature trails, and playground. Members receive discounts on the member's greens fee, Pavilion rental, overnight lodging and meeting rooms rental. The Falls will waive the initiation fee if you purchase a home or a lot from The Falls and start building a home on that lot immediately.
Lot Owner
A lot owner whom is not a golf or social member is required to purchase a golf or social membership at the time of home construction .

Unlimited practice balls per golf member Annual Fee: $150, per person

The following prices are for non-members, social members and golf members who did not choose to purchase the driving range program. Tokens are sold in the Pro-Shop. The driving range is closed on Tuesdays.

Golf memberships are transferable to an approved purchaser upon 30 days written request to The Texas Falls Corporation. Any class of memberships with dues and charges delinquent more than 90 days will forfeit all privileges and will not be reinstated or transferred until all dues and balances are current. Subject to change.
Monthly dues and initiation fee are subject to sales tax
Children under age 12 are not allowed on the golf course unless accompanied by an adult Children under age 16 may not operate a golf cart
